Metro Codes Launches ePlans Submission System
Beginning Monday, September 8, the Metro Codes Department will launch ePlans, a new electronic plans submission software through GeoCivix. Once the program is fully implemented, users will have access to upload one set of plans that will be reviewed concurrently by all permitting departments.
ePlans will also serve as the communication portal between the applicant and Metro reviewers, allowing applicants to monitor progress and obtain final stamped plans once reviews are completed.
The Metro Codes Department and the Metro Fire Marshal's Office will be the first permitting departments utilizing this program with other development service agencies to follow at a later date to be determined.
