WASHINGTON - Congressman Ralph Norman (R-SC) announced that all four of his amendments were included in the House-passed Fiscal Year 2027 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), advancing efforts to strengthen national security, improve transparency, and enhance accountability within the Department of Defense.
"Passing these amendments in the House is a major win, but the work isn't complete until they're included in the final FY27 NDAA and signed into law," said Congressman Norman. "At a time of growing threats to our nation, these commonsense reforms will strengthen our military, improve accountability, safeguard taxpayer dollars, and counter the Chinese Communist Party. America must continue to field the strongest, most capable fighting force in the world."

The House of Representatives passed the FY27 NDAA by a vote of 216-212. The annual NDAA authorizes funding, establishes policies, and provides oversight for the Department of Defense and the nation's military.
