On January 7, 2025, Tamara L. Schock, Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of MetLife, Inc. (the "Company"), informed the Company that she would resign from her position to pursue another opportunity. Ms. Schock's last day of employment with the Company is expected to be on or about March 14, 2025. Ms. Schock's decision to resign was due to personal reasons and not as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's financial statements, internal control over financial reporting, operations, policies or practices.
