The "off the record" press briefings ahead of the following Council meetings will take place on Tuesday, 11 November starting at 09.15 in this order:

• General Affairs Council of 17 November 2025
• Economic and Financial Affairs Council of 13 November 2025
• Economic and Financial Affairs Council (Budget) of 14 November 2025

These briefings will take place back-to-back in a hybrid format. EU accredited journalists will be able to participate and ask questions either remotely or in person at the Europa building press room.

If you haven't registered for one of the previous press events of the General Affairs or Economic and Financial Affairs Council, please complete your registration via registration link below and have the possibility to ask questions remotely.
