Woodside Health Acquires Medical Building in Sugar Land, Texas

This property adds to Woodside Health's growing portfolio of healthcare real estate assets across the USA.

Strategically located in the heart of Sugar Land, one of Houston's most desirable suburbs, the building includes approximately 60,000 square feet of leasable space and is home to a number of well-established outpatient medical practices.
