Gov. Reynolds appoints Rachel Morgan as District Judge

Today, Governor Kim Reynolds announced her appointment of Rachel Morgan as a District Judge in Judicial District 5C.
Morgan, of Granger, Iowa, serves as Administrative Law Judge, Central Panel Bureau, Iowa Department of Inspections, Appeals, & Licensing. She received her undergraduate degree from Iowa State University and law degree from University of Denver, College of Law.

Morgan fills a vacancy created following the resignation of the Hon. Nelmark. Judicial District 5C includes Polk County.
