DXC Marks Five Years of Opening Tech Careers to Neurodivergent Talent

Recruitment for the next cohort has just opened. The next cohort of 12 participants will be onboarded in October and gain access to structured training, real-world workplace experience, and supported career pathways across multiple technology disciplines, including software testing and application development.

As part of DXC UK's broader social value agenda, DXC Dandelion supports the company's commitments across skills development, employability, diversity, and community engagement. The program is focused on expanding access to opportunities in technology while contributing to a more equitable workplace.
