I'm honored to celebrate their work and thankful to Villa Bibbiani, Alex Cohen and the Steven & Alexandra Cohen Foundation and all our donors and sponsors for their support."
Jewel's #NotAloneChallenge aims to remind people they are not alone and provides free mental health tools and resources. The challenge, which is now in itsfourth year and has been featured in theNew York Times, Billboard, People Magazine, and on ABC News, TODAY Show, The Kelly Clarkson Show, MSNBC and more, continues to bring together thought leaders in tech, finance, music, sports, and healthcare to raise awareness around mental health. The #NotAloneChallenge is presented by iHeartRadio and Villa Bibbiani, and funds raised will support Jewel's Inspiring Children Foundation (ICF) , which has been transforming the lives of at-risk youth for over 25 years. Thanks to the ongoing support of Villa Bibbiani, all donations will be matched up to $2M.
ICF makes free online mental health tools and in-person programs more readily available, provides wellness resources to people in need, and helps develop more advanced mental health care opportunities virtually. The foundation's best-in-class, innovative mental health curriculum is delivered through the childrens' passions, around academics, project-driven learning, leadership development, community, sports (tennis and pickleball), mentoring, mental health counseling, entrepreneurial skills, and more.
Due its tremendous success, Jewel is also expanding the #NotAloneChallenge into a first-of-its-kind wellness event co-hosted by Co-Founder of Apple and mental health advocate Steve Wozniak. The invite-only event, called the Not Alone Summit, is taking place November 10-12 in Las Vegas. The summit will bring together two influential worlds - entertainment and innovation - with a unified mission: to transform the global mental health conversation.
Attendees will engage in keynote addresses, panels, and TED-style talks featuring leading voices in science, creativity, and innovation, walking away with tangible, evidence-based strategies. The programming will also offer hands-on workshops focused on neuroscience, mindfulness, and emotional regulation, as well as wellness activations such as hot and cold therapy, yoga, fitness, and meditation.
The Summit will culminate with a Las Vegas Community Day on November 12, where locals will have the opportunity to join in on programming that will strengthen the sense of community, wellness, and belonging. The Las Vegas community is of significant importance to Jewel as it's the home of her Inspiring Children Foundation.
The Not Alone Awards and Summit are presented by Villa Bibbiani and powered by the Steven & Alexandra Cohen Foundation. For more information, please visit NotAloneAwards.com .
