Internal Audit Tuesday October 14, 2025
All departments are encouraged to participate in the Campus Shred event on Wednesday, Nov. 5, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. as part of our Ethics Awareness Week activities. Last year, this event securely disposed of over 11,000 pounds of paper. What do you have that can be purged according to the USG Records Retention Schedule?
Official Shred Cycle bins are available around campus to receive documents. Departments that have excess material can temporarily store their records with Special Collections to await shredding.
