CyberAgent, Inc. will announce its financial results for the second quarter of the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025 (January to March 2025) as follows.

CyberAgent today released "Notice on Receiving Investigation Report from Internal Investigation Committee Regarding Inappropriate Accounting Treatments at the Consolidated Subsidiary and Expected Submission of Correction Report to Past Securities Reports ".

Following the above, the announcement of financial results for the second quarter of the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, has been changed to Thursday, May 15, 2025, in order to revise the Securities Report and Financial Statements for the past fiscal year.
