(TROY, NY) - Mayor Carmella R. Mantello today announced the 2025 season statistics for the Troy Downtown Marina, highlighting continued growth and success for the facility as a premier stop for boaters along the Hudson River. With 2025 being the first year the City of Troy has no longer relied on outside vendors to manage the marina, it saw impressive numbers this season, reflecting both the city's ongoing waterfront revitalization and its growing reputation as a top destination for recreational boaters and cruise lines.

The Marina also welcomed 17 American Cruise Line arrivals this season, representing six different ships. Each cruise arrival brought over a hundred visitors to Troy's historic downtown - providing a steady boost to local shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. Passengers disembarking at the Troy Marina often explored the city's scenic waterfront, the Troy Waterfront Farmers Market, and the nearby Central Troy Historic District, further integrating Troy into the Hudson River Valley's expanding tourism circuit.

The collaboration and partnership with American Cruise Lines underscores the Mantello Administration's strategic commitment to expanding riverfront activity, improving maritime infrastructure, and promoting tourism that supports small businesses and community vibrancy.

Mayor Mantello praised the Marina's strong performance, noting its importance to Troy's growing riverfront district saying, "The Troy Marina has become one of our city's greatest success stories - drawing visitors, supporting local businesses, and showcasing the beauty of our waterfront. These numbers reflect not only a thriving boating community but also our continued investment in revitalizing Troy's riverfront and strengthening tourism in the Collar City."

Since reopening, the Troy Marina has played a vital role in the city's economic development strategy, attracting both regional boaters and national cruise lines while supporting downtown restaurants, shops, and events.
