General Atlantic Collaborates With UBS on Private Credit Opportunities

Paul, Weiss is advising General Atlantic in its strategic partnership with UBS Group AG focused on private credit opportunities. The collaboration combines UBS' advisory and investment banking origination capabilities with General Atlantic's extensive global network and private credit investment expertise, and aims to enhance access to a broader set of direct lending and other credit products. Under the terms of the partnership, GA Credit will lead the investment activities and manage a dedicated private credit team formed through the integration of professionals from GA Credit and UBS Asset Management's Credit Investments Group. The strategic partnership will focus on providing senior secured direct lending financing to companies in North America and Western Europe.
