Willkie represented 32 Flavors and its founder and CEO Alex Baskin in connection with Sony Pictures Television's acquisition of a majority interest in the company.

Founded in 2023 by Baskin, 32 Flavors is a production company with a broad-based content business spanning premium unscripted programming, including documentaries, true crime, podcasts and talk, alongside scripted development. Its portfolio includes the Emmy-nominated Vanderpump Rules, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, The Real Housewives of Orange County, The Valley, and the Netflix podcast Shut Up Evan.
