WASHINGTON - The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) launched a new TV ad in OH-09 today.

The TV ad highlights how Marcy Kaptur has spent 40 years voting for open borders.

This ad is part of the NRCC's previously announced advertising reservation, which included a significant investment in OH-09.
