Fredericksburg, Texas - The Fredericksburg City Council appointed 10 individuals to three boards and commissions during its regular meeting Tuesday in the Community Room of the new City Hall at East Campus.
Following an executive session, the Council returned to open session where Councilmember Todd Eidson moved to approve a slate of nominees to the Historic Review Board. The motion, seconded by Councilmember Tony Klein, passed 4-0, with Mayor Pro Tem Emily Kirchner abstaining.
Appointed to the Historic Review Board were David Bullion, Amy Slaughter, Gilbert Gonzales, Emily Basse and Anne Eppright. Bullion and Slaughter were reappointed to three-year terms, while Basse, Eppright and Gonzales were newly appointed.
On the Planning and Zoning Commission, Tom Musselman was reappointed, and George Hager, Tyler Pansing and Sondra Sultemeier were appointed to three-year terms. The appointments were approved unanimously following a motion by Councilmember Bobby Watson and a second by Eidson.
Clay Sears was reappointed to a two-year term on the Zoning Board of Adjustment. That motion, made by Eidson and seconded by Kirchner, also passed unanimously.
