At Western Washington University, we prioritize hearing and respecting your voice. Open communication about campus incidents, student concerns, and misconduct supports student success and helps ensure a safe educational environment.

To that end, WWU has a website dedicated to providing resources for reporting concerns. This page serves as the hub for reporting incidents or concerns to the appropriate University officials. Members of the university community, including faculty, staff, students, and volunteers, can use the information on the webpage to report concerns to the appropriate university office. The website guides you on where to report your concerns.

Additionally, the University has established an anonymous reporting hotline, independently administered by a third-party provider, to allow for anonymous and confidential reporting of activities that may involve improper conduct or violations of University policies. The University will promptly investigate all reports and carefully consider any improper conduct or violations of University policy.
