The Home Depot's Path to Pro initiative is designed to help solve the skilled labor shortage in the United States. The program provides resources, training, and networking opportunities for people who are interested in a career in the skilled trades.
The Path to Pro Program has three main components:

Anyone 18 and older interested in building or furthering a career in the skilled trades can create a free profile and join the Path to Pro Network. Visit pathtopro.com/find-jobs to get started.
The Path to Pro Skills Program is on demand with free, virtual training courses available whenever you need them. Students can go through the courses at their own speed, fitting them into their schedule.
You can build a profile in the Path to Pro Network to let Pros know you are ready for hire. You can access guides on how to build a great profile to stand out to hiring Pros by visiting pathtopro.com/resources-library/#trades-professionals.
No, anyone can enroll in the free program.
