Magaziner Statement on the Passing of Former RI Rep. Anthony DeLuca

"I am deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Anthony DeLuca, a leader with courage and humility, who made a tremendous difference for our state. I had an opportunity to work closely with Anthony and Sylvia as a board member of Marriage Equality Rhode Island. At a time when it was difficult for people of his generation to speak out for equality, Anthony's voice never wavered. I am grateful for the difference he made as a Councilman, Representative and moral leader for our state."
