Newmark announces the appointment of Konstantin Lüttger and Sebastian Schütte as Co-Head of Living Capital Markets in Germany, further strengthening its position in the residential investment market. They will work alongside André Berger and Tobias Köhler to drive the strategic development of the business line. Additionally, Jonathan Tegtmeyer will take on the role of Senior Vice President in Hamburg.
The team aims to provide tailored advice across the entire living spectrum, ranging from traditional residential assets to specialist segments and complex institutional investment structures.

Within this leadership team, Konstantin Lüttger was elected as spokesperson for the division. In this role he takes on an overarching management function with a focus on advising local, national and international investors, with an aim of further expanding Newmark's position as an integrated business for German residential investments. In addition to his role as Head of Portfolio Germany, Sebastian Schütte is responsible in particular for residential transactions in Berlin and eastern Germany. Jonathan Tegtmeyer has particular expertise in Hamburg and northern Germany and will work with Andre Berger to further expand the business in Hamburg.
