Willkie represented 3i Group plc in connection with its investment in OMS Prüfservice GmbH, a leading service provider in testing electrical systems and equipment for B2B customers.
On January 21, 3i announced that it agreed to invest in OMS, the largest specialist provider of its kind in the DACH Region. It plans to drive further growth in OMS's core business while exploring new opportunities, such as testing electric vehicle charging infrastructure and photovoltaic installations.
3i is a leading international investment manager focused on mid-market private equity and infrastructure.
The Willkie team was led by partners Georg Linde and Dr. Michael Ilter with assistance from associate Andrej Popp and included partner Dr. Patrick Meiisel, counsel Martin Waskowski, and associates Melina Terwesten and Dr. Maximilian Schatz.
