Permit work requires temporary rolling stops on I-29 from MO-273 to Rt. E in P…

PLATTE COUNTY - Permit work for Reinhold Electric Inc. for utility operations will take place on northbound Interstate 29 from Missouri Route 273 to Platte County Route E evening and overnight on Tuesday, January 27 from 7 p.m. until 4 a.m. Roadrunner Safety Services Inc. will assist with traffic control for temporary rolling stop at three different locations along the Interstate between the hours of 9 p.m. and 3 a.m. for approx. 15 minutes at a time. Motorists may experience delays. All work is weather permitting.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can also be short-term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
