WHAT: House Republican Policy Committee Chairman David H. Rowe (R-Snyder/Union/Mifflin/Juniata), Rep. Brian Rasel (R-Westmoreland), and other lawmakers will host a hearing titled "Powering Pennsylvania: An Affordable, Reliable Energy Future" to examine how Pennsylvania can leverage its abundant coal and natural gas resources to lower energy costs, strengthen grid reliability and protect consumers from rising utility bills.
WHO: Testifiers will include Matt Mackowiak, director, government affairs, Core Natural Resources; Patrick Henderson, vice president, government affairs & communications, Marcellus Shale Coalition; John Otto, executive director, Citizens Energy Council; and Nick Kerin, deputy state director, Americans for Prosperity - PA.
