Congratulations to Alex Peters from Human Resources for completing his Green Belt!
For his project, Alex studied how we find people to fill jobs in the City. As he Defined, Measured, and Analyzed the process using a Fishbone Diagram, he found that because we mostly use "passive" recruiting, we don't always have enough good candidates to contact for job openings. This leads to longer times to fill jobs and lost productivity. What a great opportunity to explore additional improvements that could increase the number of applicants and enhance efficiency for everyone!
