Take Five – March 5, 2026

The Nature Conservancy (TNC) is launching an equipment cost-share program in the Upper Mississippi River area to help ag retailers support soil health and water quality practices such as cover crops, no till, strip till, and precision nutrient application.

Eligible equipment includes drills, seeders, and precision applicators. The maximum cost share is up to 50% of the total cost, not to exceed $20,000.

Applications are due March 20 and can be submitted here: 2026 Regenerative Agriculture Equipment Cost Share Application. Successful applicants will report acres of practice adoption, host at least one outreach event, participate in TNC outreach, and provide post-season feedback.
