Surveying Operations on Route 7 in Norwalk

The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that surveying operations will be performed on Route 7 in Norwalk between Exits 1 and 3. This project is scheduled to occur on Tuesday, June 9 and be completed on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. The project 0102-0358PE consists of Interchange improvements for Route 7 & Route 15.

This project is being performed by State Forces.

LANE CLOSURE/DETOUR INFO

There will be lane closures on Route 7 in Norwalk between Exits 1 and 3, Tuesday, June 9, 2026, to Wednesday, June 10, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Traffic control, signing patterns and flaggers will guide motorists through the work zone.

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
