Marcus & Millichap Announces Return of Experienced Leader as Miami Regional Manager

MIAMI, Oct. 21, 2024 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today that Victor M. Garcia has joined the firm's Miami office as Regional Manager. In this role, Garcia will oversee daily brokerage operations, including recruiting, hiring, training and developing agents and staff.
Garcia is returning to Marcus & Millichap after previously serving as a sales manager in 2018. He most recently worked as a managing director at Crexi in its auction division. Prior to that, he was a director at JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami.
