Wistron Corporation, a global leading technology and AI service provider listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange, completed its $914.25 million offering of global depositary shares (GDSs). The GDSs are listed and traded on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
With industry leading design and manufacturing capabilities, Wistron supplies innovative information and communication technology products, services solutions and systems as original design manufacturer (ODM) to top branded companies worldwide. Being a leader in PC ODM and cloud computing and storage markets, in recent years, Wistron has tapped into a new growth curve by being a core supplier of AI server component and rack solution for key industry players.
S&C acted as U.S. counsel to the initial purchasers of the GDSs offering and was responsible for drafting of the offering and transaction documents. The S&C team consisted of Ching-Yang Lin, Stephen Pang, Jeffrey Lee and Yiming Li. Eric Kadel and Manon Scales advised on the U.S. Outbound Investment Rules.
