Free Concerts in the Park Kick Off April 10-May 9
Oceanside Cultural Arts foundation (OCAF), in partnership with Oceanside Public Library & Cultural Arts Department and Oceanside Parks & Recreation Department, will be presenting the first free concerts in the Oceanside Levitt BLOC Music Series on April 18 and 25 at John Landes Park.
The family friendly concerts will run on Saturdays from 3:30-6:30 p.m. The April 18 concert will feature The Sleepwalkers and Jimmy & Enrique. On April 25 the Monette Marino Band and Gaby Aparicio Trio will be featured. There will also be free activities for kids.
Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets, chairs and a picnic to the park. There will also be a food truck(s) available for food purchase.

The Levitt Foundation has awarded U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofits up to $120,000 over three years (up to $40,000 per year), to produce their own Levitt Music Series featuring a diverse lineup of music genres with professional musicians, activating an underused public space, creating a vibrant, inclusive community destination for people of all ages and backgrounds.
