Notice on Special Ticket Handling Policy for Flights to and from the Middle East

Dear passengers,

Due to the impact of the regional safety situation, and to assist passengers in better planning their journeys, China Southern Airlines hereby announces the special ticket handling policy for flights to and from the Middle East. The details are as follows:

I. Applicable Tickets

Tickets issued with a ticket number beginning with "784" for China Southern Airlines, purchased or exchanged by 20:00 on February 28, 2026 (inclusive), and where the unused itinerary involves flights operated by China Southern Airlines or codeshare flights with a "CZ" flight number, arriving at or departing from Dubai, Riyadh, Tehran, Doha (including stopovers) between February 28, 2026 (inclusive) and March 15, 2026 (inclusive).

II. Ticket Change and Refund Rules

For passengers who cancel their confirmed seats before flight departure, refunds or changes can be processed within the ticket's validity period according to the following rules:

(I) Ticket change

The first change to a China Southern Airlines-operated flight on the same route segment is exempt from the change fee. Any fare difference will be charged as per regulations. Subsequent changes will be processed according to the ticket's conditions of use.

(II) Refund

Applications for refunds made within the ticket's validity period are free of refund fees. Tickets that have already been changed according to the above principles will be subject to the ticket's conditions of use for any refund application.

III. Miscellaneous

Other matters not covered here will be handled in accordance with the ticket's conditions of use.
