US-23 railroad crossing replacement near Ossineke starts Nov. 4
ALPENA, Mich. - Lake State Railway Co. will be rebuilding the railroad crossing on US-23 just south of Piper Road near Ossineke. The project will be completed in cooperation with the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) and the Alpena County Road Commission.
