Serial Shoplifter Arrested In The Act At Lululemon Wednesday Afternoon
A serial shoplifter was caught in the act this afternoon by Midtown Hills Precinct officers at Lululemon on 12th Avenue South with nearly $2,500 worth of stolen merchandise. Kay'ju Cole, 23, had 14 outstanding warrants at the time of her arrest today for repeatedly stealing from multiple area stores, including Lululemon, Target and Old Navy.
Cole was out on $4,000 bond following her July arrest for several theft charges. Organized Retail Crime Unit detectives were actively searching for her after being recognized as the suspect in recent incidents.
She is currently charged with four counts of felony theft, eight counts of misdemeanor theft, and two counts of organized retail crime. Additional charges are anticipated.
