11/03/2026 - Nighttime Work Thursday

Building a Safer Street for Everyone
Road Closures and Night Work

Starting Wednesday 4th and continuing through Friday, the City's contractor will begin hydroseeding and distributing plants for landscaping. This work will require short sporadic closures south of the Home Depot roundabout. One lane of traffic will remain open at all times south of the roundabout.

On Thursday the 5th, a water valve will be adjusted at Fones Rd and 5th St. This will require a nighttime closure of 5th street at Fones Rd. North bound traffic on Fones Rd will also be reduced to a single lane at that intersection. The closure will occur from approximately 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
