In this session, you will:

  • Explore inclusive assessment practices, trauma-informed approaches, accommodations, and strategies to identify and reduce bias and barriers throughout the staffing process
  • Hear directly from assessment specialists who will share practical insights from their experience in test development, assessment delivery, and accessibility
  • Be equipped with practical tools and strategies to support more inclusive, accessible, and effective assessments across staffing

The session is hosted in partnership with the CSPS and the Personnel Psychology Centre of the Public Service Commission of Canada.
