The law firm Baker Donelson has added Yasmine Antoine as of counsel in the Firm's Atlanta office. Ms. Antoine, who joins as a member of the Real Estate Group, advises clients on a wide range of commercial real estate, development, construction, and general business matters, with a particular focus on organizations that are diversified across several business lines and family-owned businesses.
Ms. Antoine draws on years of experience serving as general counsel and an operations executive for a privately held construction and real estate development firm. She offers clients practical, business-minded guidance across all phases of the real estate lifecycle, including multifamily and mixed-use development transactions, construction management (Owner's Representative and Construction Manager at Risk), and contractual and regulatory compliance. Her counsel has led to favorable outcomes in high-stakes, multifaceted matters that generated cost savings of several million dollars for her clients.

Ms. Antoine earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she served as executive editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property. She is a member of the American Bar Association and numerous professional and civic organizations, including the Association of Corporate Counsel, Minority Corporate Counsel Association, Urban Land Institute, Associated General Contractors of Georgia, Atlanta Business League, Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys, and the Commercial Real Estate Women Network. She also currently serves as board chair of the Georgia Budget & Policy Institute. Ms. Antoine was recognized among the Atlanta Business Chronicle's Women Who Mean Business in 2020 and as a Corporate Counsel Diversity Champion in 2021.
