Las Vegas, NV-The National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC), in partnership with ScaleHealth, today announces the launch of the NACHC 2026 Accelerator, a nine-month accelerator program designed to help Community Health Centers (CHCs) access, evaluate, and scale innovative technologies that reduce costs, improve patient experience, and enhance staff experience.
The announcement was made jointly from HLTH 2025-the premier health innovation conference in Las Vegas-and the NACHC Workforce Conference, the nation's leading gathering for CHC leaders who are advancing innovations in operations, finance, health information technology, and clinical services delivery.
As the nation's largest primary care system, CHCs serve at least 34 million patients and up to 52 million at over 17,000 locations across rural, urban, suburban, mountain, frontier, and island communities. They serve up to 1 in 7 people across the nation, including 1 in 3 in rural America with a 330,000-strong workforce.
The NACHC Accelerator is designed to find, support, and scale groundbreaking solutions that directly address the unique needs of CHCs and their patients. This program supports Series A-C companies and CHC-led teams with proven solutions that reduce costs, improve patient experience, and enhance staff satisfaction.
This structured, cohort-based program will identify and support approximately five to seven high-potential companies-including both Series A-C startups and CHC-originated solutions. Selected participants will take part in a highly tailored accelerator experience that includes:
"Community Health Centers are the backbone of America's primary care system, saving lives and healthcare dollars. With this initiative, we are helping CHCs find and adopt the tools that directly impact care delivery for the nearly 52 million patients they serve, create sustainable teams, and secure long-term viability," said NACHC President and CEO, Kyu Rhee, MD, MPP. "This is about scaling innovation to support the nation's largest provider of comprehensive, affordable primary care."
"The accelerator is built to help solutions not just survive-but thrive-within CHC environments," said Taylor McPartland, CEO of ScaleHealth. "We're proud to collaborate with NACHC on a model that centers real-world fit, measurable outcomes, and mission alignment."
The application period begins October 20, 2025, and will remain open for approximately one month, closing just before Thanksgiving. Final cohort selections will be announced in February 2026 in Los Angeles at ViVE 2026-an influential gathering of digital health leaders, investors, and provider executives.
The accelerator concludes with a national Showcase Event in Fall of 2026, held in conjunction with HLTH 2026, bringing the program full circle and providing a platform to highlight cohort achievements and outcomes.
NACHC's mission is to champion Community Health Centers delivering affordable, effective, comprehensive primary care that is community-driven and improves health for all.
