11:00 a.m. - Colorado Counties Acting Together (CCAT) virtual meeting
The Board will attend a virtual meeting with the Colorado Division of Insurance and Insurance Commissioner Conway to discuss wildfire mitigation and property insurance premiums.
TUESDAY, October 29
8:15 a.m. Special Business Agenda Meeting
The Board will consider:
- Approval of an easement agreement between the City of Durango and La Plata County for telecommunication lines between the La Plata County Jail and 185 Suttle Street.

Pursuant to Colorado Revised Statute § 24-6-402 (4), upon the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the quorum present, the La Plata County Board of County Commissioners will hold an executive session to discuss the following matters:
- For purposes of the Board receiving legal advice on specific legal questions pursuant to Colo. Rev. Stat. § 24-6-402(4)(b). Purpose: Quasi-judicial proceedings.
