The Tallahassee State College (TSC) Foundation is proud to announce the launch of Tally, its first Virtual Engagement Officer (VEO) powered by artificial intelligence. Tally will engage with alumni and donors through personalized emails and text messages, making it easier for supporters to stay involved with the Foundation's mission.
Developed in partnership with AI engagement innovator Givzey, Tally represents a new approach to donor and alumni relations, expanding the Foundation's ability to connect with its growing community in a responsive, meaningful way. Designed to complement the Foundation's existing team, Tally offers real-time information, thoughtful outreach, and seamless transitions to human support when needed.
"Tally is such a fun way for us to stay connected with the people who love Tallahassee State College," said Heather Mitchell, Vice President for Institutional Advancement and the Executive Director of the TSC Foundation. "She is going to help us connect more often, make sure our donors and alumni feel informed and appreciated, and make it easier for people to stay involved in all of the great things happening here at the College."
Tally will serve as a virtual concierge, answering common questions, sharing opportunities to engage, and providing helpful resources related to giving and impact. When a question requires individual help or personal follow-up, Tally will connect the donor or alumnus directly with a member of the TSC Foundation team.
"We're excited to see Tallahassee State leverage autonomous AI to provide new pathways for alumni and donors to engage with the College, strengthening connections that advance their mission," said Emily Groccia, VP of Customer Success, Givzey/Version2. "Tallahassee State is the first to bring a Virtual Engagement Officer to Florida, now joining over 100 Virtual Engagement Officers working on teams in 35 states across the U.S. and Canada."
