AT&T and T-Mobile network issues affecting 911 calls
Wednesday, Nov. 5, 3:30 p.m. - AT&T and T-Mobile customers may experience network outages that are also affecting 911 calls.
Residents who are unable to reach 911 or 850-983-5370 (non-emergency line) should go to the nearest fire station or police station . Fire department information can be found online at www.santarosa.fl.gov/482/Fire-Departments .
AT&T and T-Mobile are aware of the issue and are working to correct it as soon as possible.
