Bracell inaugurates Northeast Learning Institute, a dedicated Space for employees development

Located at the company's unit in the Camaçari Industrial Park, the Northeast Learning Institute aims to promote structured learning pathways and skills development

With the goal of strengthening employee development and training, Bracell, a global leader in the production of dissolving pulp, has inaugurated the Bracell Learning Institute Northeast (BLI). The new facility, located at the company's unit in the Camaçari Industrial Park, will offer a wide range of courses and learning programs focused on the professional development of employees from Bracell and Bracell Papéis in the Northeast region, where the company operates in Bahia and Pernambuco.

The new Bracell Learning Institute Northeast building spans 923 square meters and has the capacity to accommodate approximately 280 people simultaneously. The space includes nine dedicated areas, such as meeting rooms, an amphitheater, training rooms, and a library. Designed to provide a modern and welcoming environment, the facility supports continuous learning through structured training pathways aligned with leadership expectations. It also aims to strengthen skills, expand career growth opportunities, and value the local workforce.

Rudine Antes, General Director of Bracell Bahia, highlights the importance of the Learning Institute for employees development and qualification:

Eduardo Penhalosa, Human Resources Manager at Bracell Bahia, emphasizes that the Learning Institute was conceived as a dynamic and integrated learning environment, bringing together different areas of the business, including industrial and forestry operations at Bracell and Bracell Papéis.

"BLI is a place where learning happens continuously, collaboratively, and in a practical way. It is an internal hub that connects people, knowledge, and purpose, serving as a central platform for our training, development, and leadership programs," he says.
