Mammograms On The Go (CST)
CAPE Community Health Services will be partnering with Deaconess Breast Center to host Mammograms On The Go. Mammograms are covered by most plans. Please verify that Deaconess is an in-network provider with your insurance carrier. You may be eligible for financial assistance if you have no insurance. Please bring your ID and insurance card to your appointment. For an appointment call 812-450-6266. The mobile bus will be parked across the street in the Saint Mary and John Parrish parking lot. Free blood pressure screening and health information and resources will also be offered.
