MoDOT TRAFFIC ALERT: U.S. Route 60 Lane Closures at Night Between Campbell Ave & Kansas Expy

In Springfield RESCHEDULED to December 9-30

Where: East and westbound U.S. Route 60 lane Closures at night between Campbell Avenue & Kansas Expressway in Springfield

When: 7 p.m. - 6 a.m. Monday - Friday nights, December 9-30

What: Contractor crews will be working on the Republic Road bridge over Route 60. This work was originally scheduled for November 18 - December 16.

Traffic Impacts:

  • U.S. Route 60 (James River Freeway) lane Closures at night between Campbell Avenue & Kansas Expressway in Springfield
  • Route 60 (James River Freeway) Open in both directions
  • Signs and message boards will alert drivers approaching the work zone
  • Drivers will need to follow the signed detour or seek an alternate route to avoid the work zone
  • Check MoDOT's Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts

Weather and/or construction delays will alter the work schedule.
