Arlington, Va. | June 25, 2026 - Courtland Audain, CAMT, service supervisor with Broadstone North Lamar and Greystar, has been named the season three MAINTENANCE LEGENDS™ grand prize winner. For Audain, the recognition reflects his outstanding dedication to the colleagues, residents and communities he serves, alongside a proven track record of building strong teams and creating opportunities for others to succeed. In recognition of more than a decade of exemplary service, Audain was presented with the MAINTENANCE LEGENDS™ grand prize - the keys to a brand-new F-150 and a check for $10,000 - at Apartmentalize, NAA's annual conference and exposition held in New Orleans June 17-19, 2026.

Founded in 2023 in partnership with HD Supply, MAINTENANCE LEGENDS™ honors rental housing industry maintenance professionals who go above and beyond in service to their communities. Monthly winners are honored throughout the year with cash prizes and scholarships to earn professional credentials. Season three of the program saw 1,065 entries - and 24 maintenance professionals were awarded a prize package valued at $5,000 each. Throughout the season, 25 education grants were distributed to standout individuals. Grants included access to free trainings and certifications, including CAMT, EPA and CPO.

Audain joined the industry through a workforce training program and focused early on building strong fundamental skills, maintaining high safety standards and doing work professionally. That discipline propelled him from a trainee to an exceptional leader and now shapes how he leads and supports those around him.

Today, Audain's impact spans countless peers, students and even residents. In addition to his role as service supervisor, Audain teaches courses, mentors early-career professionals and serves on both the Texas Apartment Association Education Foundation Board of Directors and as National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI) faculty - helping open doors for others following a path similar to his own. Audain's commitment has earned him recognition at every level of the industry, including the Texas Apartment Association Maintenance Professional of the Year and NAA's Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) of the Year.
