Southwestern Oklahoma State University (SWOSU) will host four commencement ceremonies in May on the Weatherford campus for Spring 2026 graduates. Students completing associate, bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees following the spring and summer semesters are eligible to participate.
The College of Pharmacy ceremony will be held Friday, May 1, at 7 p.m. in the Pioneer Event Center.
The College of Nursing and Health Professions ceremony will be held Friday, May 8, at 6 p.m. in the Pioneer Event Center and will recognize associate, bachelor's and master's degree candidates.
A combined ceremony for the College of Arts and Sciences and the Dobson College of Business and Technology will take place Saturday, May 9, at 9 a.m. in the Pioneer Event Center and will recognize associate, bachelor's and master's degree candidates.
The College of Education and Behavioral Sciences ceremony will be held Saturday, May 9, at noon in the Pioneer Event Center and will recognize associate, bachelor's, master's and education specialist degree candidates.
Family members and guests are welcome to attend ceremonies at the Pioneer Event Center, located at Seventh and Davis in Weatherford, as graduates are recognized alongside fellow students. Handicapped parking and accessible entrances are available on the west side of the building. Accessible seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis on the main entrance level. Additional accessible seating will be available on the ground floor, which is accessible by elevator.
