Explore how national perspectives can inform local innovation in Tempe. The Building Resilient Communities discussion will bring together powerful voices to explore how we can build cities that not only withstand crisis, but thrive in the face of it.
Hosted by East Valley NAACP President Jevin D. Hodge, this event will feature distinguished leaders including Senator Kiana Sears, Tempe City Councilmember Berdetta Hodge, Chandler City Councilmember O.D. Harris, and State Rep. Tram Nguyen of Massachusetts, Chair of the MA House Committee on Climate Action and Sustainability, and the first Asian American and Pacific Islander woman to chair a committee in the Massachusetts State House of Representatives.
This is a conversation for everyone who cares about the future of neighborhoods, families and climate.
