What does it mean to bring artificial intelligence into organizations and how do we drive the change it generates? AI is already embedded in HR processes, making change management one of the most urgent challenges of 2026.

This was the topic of discussion at the event hosted by Radical HR, introduced by Paolo Ursino, Senior Partner at Radical HR, and Alberto Luna, at the Zest Group's ZEST Hub in Rome. The goal was to understand how businesses, leaders, and HR professionals can govern - rather than be subject to - the impact of artificial intelligence on cultures, skills, and organizations.

"It is now essential to map 'critical roles' and to understand which skills need to be integrated into our businesses, as well as to work on continuously accelerating them, in order to drive the change that AI is bringing with it and which now permeates every area of the business world," said Marina Irace, Group HR Director for the Almaviva Group, during the panel entitled "The Power of AI: Accelerating Business and Optimizing HR Flows", introduced by Luca Luigi Manuelli, Director of the GenAI Observatory at UniMarconi, and moderated by Michele Di Blasio, Chief Innovation Officer at Radical HR.
