Nashville, TN (March 2, 2026): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, will soon begin building single-family homes priced from the mid $400s to $600s+ in the Columbia, Tennessee, community of Heritage Green.
Buyers will be able to select from a variety of floor plans across three collections: The Cottage Collection featuring 40-foot homesites, The Classic Collection offering 50-foot homesites, and The Signature Collection showcasing 65-foot homesites.
