TUESDAY, June 16
8:30 a.m. - Executive Session
Pursuant to Colorado Revised Statute § 24-6-402 (4), upon the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the quorum present, the La Plata County Board of County Commissioners will hold an executive session to discuss the following matters:

1. For purposes of the Board receiving legal advice on specific legal questions pursuant to Colo. Rev. Stat. § 24-6-402(4)(b). Purpose: Negotiations with the Fraternal Order of Police re collective bargaining agreement with the Sheriff's Office.
2. Determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators pursuant to Colo. Rev. Stat. § 24-6-402(4)(e). Purpose: Negotiations with the Fraternal Order of Police re collective bargaining agreement with the Sheriff's Office.

10:30 a.m. - Executive Session - Bayfield Landfill Cleanup
Pursuant to Colorado Revised Statute § 24-6-402 (4), upon the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the quorum present, the La Plata County Board of County Commissioners will hold an executive session to discuss the following matters:

1. For purposes of the Board receiving legal advice on specific legal questions pursuant to Colo. Rev. Stat. § 24-6-402(4)(b). Purpose: Compliance with CDPHE issued consent order relating to the Bayfield Landfill.
2. Determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators pursuant to Colo. Rev. Stat. § 24-6-402(4)(e). Purpose: Compliance with CDPHE issued consent order relating to the Bayfield Landfill.

2:30 p.m. - Durango Crossings Urban Renewal Plan Work Session
The Board will receive a presentation from City of Durango staff about the Durango Crossings Urban Renewal Plan and will discuss revenue sharing terms, sales tax remittance structure and a proposed Tax Increment Financing (TIF) cooperation agreement for a workforce housing project at Florida Road and CR 250. The Board will meet with staff to review leadership priorities and practices, and discuss board goals and priorities for 2026 and 2027. The all-day retreat will be held at 10 Burnett Court in Durango.

6:00 p.m. - Joint Work Session with Town of Ignacio Board of Trustees
The Board will attend a virtual meeting with the Town of Ignacio Board of Trustees and staff to discuss items of mutual interest. An agenda for this meeting will be posted by Wednesday morning at: www.lpcgov.org /meetings.
