NOTICE OF AMENDMENT
ADL 109338
STATE OF ALASKA, DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, DIVISION OF MINING, LAND AND WATER

We are NOT soliciting public comment on this posting. It provides notice that an amendment was signed and issued only.

In accordance with AS 38.05.850, the Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW) has issued Amendment #3 to RMD for ADL 109338, State-issued easement along the Mendenhall River; to include information pertaining to the 2025 Emergency Declaration issued by Governor Dunleavy for the glacial outburst flooding originating from Suicide Basin that took place on August 12th and 13th, 2025.

The Division of Mining, Land and Water reserves the right to waive technical defects in this publication.
