VII Northern Sustainable Development Forum

The VII Northern Sustainable Development Forum will take place in Yakutsk from October 7 to 10, 2026. The Forum is an international expert platform bringing together representatives of academia, education, business, government authorities, and civil society organizations to discuss the future of the North and the Arctic. Venue: M. K. Ammosov North-Eastern Federal University campus, Yakutsk.

This year, the Forum will focus on human capital in the age of artificial intelligence, including demographic trends, new competencies, strategies, and the transformation of the labor market.The program will feature a plenary session, thematic sessions, round tables, panel discussions, international dialogues, project presentations, lectures, foresight sessions, workshops, and the exhibition "For the Arctic and the North: Solutions Laboratory.
