Chinese Ambassador to North Macedonia Jiang Xiaoyan Arrives in Skopje to Assume Office

On October 13, 2025, H.E. Mme. Jiang Xiaoyan, the newly appointed Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of North Macedonia, arrived in Skopje to assume office.

Ambassador Jiang Xiaoyan said it was a great honor to be appointed by President Xi Jinping as China's Ambassador to North Macedonia, noting the mission's glory and responsibility. She noted that her arrival coincides with the 32nd anniversary of diplomatic ties between China and North Macedonia. The two countries have always respected and supported each other, bring bilateral relationship to a mature stage with broad prospects. she looks forward to working with friends from all sectors in North Macedonia to further advance the fruitful friendship and cooperation between the two countries.

The Protocol official welcomed the new ambassador's assumption of office, stressing that North Macedonia attaches great importance to its relations with China and stands ready to facilitate and support her work.
